Dear Cooke Family:
I have enjoyed watching the growth and achievements of all my fourth graders this year. I am truly impressed with their dedication, kindness, work ethic, and consideration for global matters. I still cannot believe they are soon to be fifth graders, leaders of the school. I am proud to be part of that journey. As many of you know, and all the students know, I have been on a journey myself. I am currently a graduate student and am pursuing my degree in Professional School Counseling. An opportunity presented itself to complete my internship early, so I will be interning for the rest of the school year along with part of the summer. I am sad to no longer be with my fourth graders, but excited to put my skills into practice. I intentionally waited until after testing was over to accept my internship because I wanted to be there to support my students. Thank you for your understanding and support. Without my wonderful Cooke family, this journey would not be possible. With gratitude, Katrina M. Wright
